The Centre of Excellence for Black Student Achievement offers a variety of programs, initiatives and engagement opportunities for students and families. Program offerings are designed to fulfill the mandates of the Centre and are in alignment with the TDSB’s Multi-Year Strategic Plan Towards Excellence in the Education of Black Students: Transforming Learning, Achievement and Well-being.

Programs, initiatives and opportunities are focused on honouring Black students’ experiences and strengths and ensuring their needs are met.

Offers full-day equity and inclusion workshops for secondary students. Offers a "whole-school program designed to support an equitable and inclusive school culture." Includes "programs to address diversity and inclusion, racism, bullying and violence, child abuse, gender equity, consent, LGBTQ2S+ issues, reconciliation awareness, and more. Programs are "based on principles of social justice and on empowering marginalized and vulnerable populations."

In collaboration with B.C.’s Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Training, BCcampus worked alongside a diverse group of racialized and Indigenous experts to develop The Gift We Give One Another: A Collection of Anti-Racism and Anti-Hate Resources.

The resulting collection expands on currently available anti-racism anti-hate resources within the education sector as part of the BCcampus mandate to offer open and online educational resources.
