What's in this guide

Mooting is a simulated court proceeding where student teams are presented with a legal problem that they are required to argue before a "judge" or panel of "judges" (University of Tasmania)

A wide range of mooting opportunities are available to Osgoode students. This guide gathers together different types of mooting resources to facilitate research and preparation for mooting.
