1. Identify a list of keywords and strategies to search for peer-reviewed journal articles in PubMed/Google Scholar etc specific to your topic in order to retrieve relevant scholarly articles for your research assignment.
2. Sign up and use Mendeley, a citation management tool, to collect articles and organize your research and create a bibliography in the preferred style (AJCN usually for Prof. Hamadeh's course).
