City of Toronto Archives
One of the main repositories for archival information about the City of Toronto. Contains a wealth of information for researching the history of Toronto's neighbourhoods, city politics, and notable figures in Toronto history.

HisTORicity: Toronto Then and Now
A searchable collection of historical and current information about Toronto and its neighbourhoods. Historicity brings together a wide variety of resources including a digital library of primary and secondary source materials from the Toronto Public Library's collections, as well as links to other Toronto-based, online information resources.
Archindont
A database of architectural information and citations to periodical articles and books about buildings in Toronto. Searchable by architect, designer, name of buildings, type of building and street.
Open Data - Toronto
City of Toronto data bases are now available online (19 of them). Most of the data are useful only in GIS software - the ones called ESRI shapefiles, but the rest are usable with normal types of software - and some have interactive online maps.
