The AGYU Artist's Book of the Moment is an occasional competition run by the Art Gallery of York University (AGYU) which acknowledges the extensive genre of artists’ books. An independent jury assesses all submissions, and determines the one book which rises to the Top of the ABotM. The artist who has made this book receives a $1,500 award. All entries that make the shortlist, as well as additional titles culled from the submissions, appear on the AGYU website with full contact information and links for further information. The shortlisted and winning titles are held by the Libraries; the winning entries are also held in the AGYU artists’ books collection.
