Vanderbilt University has been recording American television news broadcasts since 1968. Primary coverage is for ABC, CBS, and NBC; there is some CNN and some Fox News. Special events like party presidential conventions and state of the union addresses are also included. Keyword searching on textual summaries is the primary mode of access. Browsing by broadcast date is also possible. The video streaming component is small but growing.
