Instructions to Sync Mendeley Desktop and Mendeley Web.
You can sync your desktop and web Mendeley accounts so that the PDFs stored on your desktop Mendeley are available on your Mendeley web account/library.
Click on the Edit Settings for an individual folder and check Synchronize attached files.
