There are a number of Web sites which contain useful guidelines for preparing business and/or marketing plans.
Industry Canada‘s Web site – Just for Businesses – provides guidelines on what businesses need “to know, grow and compete” including starting up a new business, federal incorporation and support.
The Canada Business Network website offers help on how to write a sound business plan, how to conduct market research and access templates and sample business plans. Check out the section of their web site titled Business Planning.
