If you can’t find enough material using the journal indexes, try searching in full text databases and legal digital repositories. These sources may also contain working papers and academic papers that have not yet been published. When searching full text databases you may find articles that contain your search terms, but are not relevant because the terms are far from each other in the article. Try using quotation marks to search for phrases.
