Judeo-Arabic is a collection of dialects of Arabic historically spoken in the Jewish communities of the Arab world, and strongly resembled the Arabic spoken by non-Jewish communities of the same regions. Judeo-Arabic is written primarily in Hebrew characters, and contains loanwords of Hebrew and Aramaic origin.
