"You need credible content from authoritative, scholarly sources. Ebook Central delivers, with breadth and depth of ebooks from scholarly sources, including University Presses and other top publishers."
The easiest way to read the library's growing collection of eBooks is to simply read it on your browser. Reading the book on your browser allows you to read all of its content without any restrictions to the number of pages or chapters you can view. When you download the book, certain DRM guidelines will affect what you can and can't access. If you prefer to have a version of the book downloaded, follow the steps below.
When you download pages or chapters, you get a PDF file that doesn't expire. You can search the text, and copy passages for use in your research, along with a citation in the format of your choice. The number of pages you can download shares the same allowance as what you can print to PDF.
To download:
1. Locate your desired book using Omni or eBook Central. The book detail page will tell you how much of the book you are allowed to download as a PDF.
2. Scroll down to the Table of Contents. Click "Download PDF" to the right of a chapter title. Your download will start automatically.
Default limits for printing or page/chapter downloads are 40% of the book (and 20% for copying), however some publishers have set lower page limits.
Save to your personal Bookshelf, cite, highlight, bookmark, and take notes as you read.
