The easiest way to read the library's growing collection of eBooks is to simply read it on your browser. Reading the book on your browser allows you to read all of its content without any restrictions to the number of pages or chapters you can view. When you download the book, certain DRM guidelines will affect what you can and can't access. If you prefer to have a version of the book downloaded, follow the steps below.
How you download varies by publisher. You must select "Unlocked" and "Free" from the menu on the left side for full downloadable books.
To download a chapter:
1. Select the chapter you want to download and click "View PDF". This will prompt you to confirm that you agree to the Intellectual Property Rights outlined in Oxford University Press's Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.
2. From there, you can read the PDF on whatever app is applicable or print the PDF. Note: Titles in OUP are not currently downloadable through tablets / iPads. Online reading only for mobile devices.
It is possible to download an entire book, but it needs to be done chapter by chapter. Follow the same instructions as above to access more chapters of the book. Keep in mind that not all content is open access, so remember to select "Unlocked" "Free" or "Open Access" for downloadable books. Again, titles are not downloadable through tablets and iPads. Online reading only for mobile devices.
To print, open PDF per chapter and print as normal.
