This site allows you to search for job titles in Canada and limit to a specific geography via city name or postal code. It also allows you to select up to three jobs to compare and contrast and view salary data.
This database allows you to search for U.S. executive compensation data. Once you enter the database, click on "Browse" in the source directory (top navigation). Click on "Companies & Organizations" and then "U.S. Executive Compensation Database - Boards & Committees" and then click "Ok - Continue". You can now put your search terms in the search bar, such as a U.S. public company's name or the name of a known executive.
Bloomberg is a real-time financial service that can only be used in the library. Bloomberg allows users to pull compensation data for a list of executives and analyze the results. Use the command FA EXEC for individual companies, or you can use the command BI CGOVG to look at lists of companies or select specific companies.
Type "pension" in the search bar to limit search to articles, reports, and other documents that discuss issues such as new pension legislation in the provinces and pension reform.
