Company Research : Organizational Culture

Tip: Company Web Sites & Annual Reports

Check company websites and annual reports for sections to gain insights in to organizaitonal culture. Bear in mind though, of course, these are self-reported as opposed to third-party analysis. The "About Us" and "Careers" sections of a company's web site, for example, can be especially insightful in this regard. A company's annual report also provides insights in to the culture of an organization, e.g. through the letters of the CEO or the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) sections. See the Annual Reports page for more help on finding annual reports for companies.
