You are eligible to qualify if:
- You have a social insurance number
- You are approved for the Disability Tax Credit, and Canada Child Tax Benefit if you have a child under the age of 19.   
- If you have filed your income tax returns.  
- You are younger than 60 years old. 
Most of Canada's major financial institutions offer RDSP (see Federal Benefits document for links and more information).

You are eligible to qualify if:
- You live with a child under 18
- You are primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child
- You are a resident of Canada

You are eligible to qualify if:
- You are eligible for the Child Care Benefit (CCB)
- Your child is eligible for the disability tax credit (DTC)

You may be eligible to qualify if:
- You are under 65
- You have made enough contributions into the CPP
- You have a mental or physical disability that regularly stops you from doing any type of substantially gainful work 
- You have a disability that is long-term and of indefinite duration, or is likely to result in death

You are eligible to qualify if:
- The child is under 18 years of age or under 25 and in full-time attendance at a recognized school or university
The child must also be:
- The natural child of the contributor
- A child adopted legally by the contributor while under the age of 21
A child may be eligible if the parent or guardian:
- is receiving a CPP disability benefit (either the disability benefit or the post-retirement disability benefit) 
- has died and met the CPP contributory requirements for a CPP death benefit

You are eligible to qualify if:
- You are a Canadian Armed Forces member or Veteran, 
- You are a current or former member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), 
- You are a Second World War or Korean War Veteran (includes Merchant Navy)
- You are a civilian who served in the Second World War. 
You should apply if you:
1. have a diagnosed medical condition or disability; and 
2. are able to show that the condition is related to your service. 

You are eligible to qualify if you are a resident of Canada, and:
- a First Nations person who is registered under the Indian Act
- an Inuk recognized by an Indian land claim
- a child less than 18 months old whose parent is a registered First Nations person or a recognized Inuk

You must apply for the benefit and a representative will determine if you are eligible.

You are eligible to qualify if:
- you purchased new or substantially renovated housing from a builder, including housing on leased land (if the lease is for at least 20 years or gives you the option to buy the land) for use as your (or your relation’s) primary place of residence
- you purchased shares in a co-operative housing corporation (co-op) for the purpose of using a unit in a new or substantially renovated cooperative housing complex for use as your (or your relation’s) primary place of residence
- you constructed or substantially renovated your own home or hired someone else to construct or substantially renovate your home for use as your (or your relation’s) primary place of residence, if the fair market value of the house when the construction is substantially completed is less than $450,000

This program is open to all First Nations or individual First Nation members who need major repairs to their homes that are on-reserve affordable housing units. The occupants’ total household income must be at or below the established limit which is based on the location of the community.

First Nations and First Nation members can apply for support for modifications to make the home accessible in relation to the occupant’s disability. The following criteria must be met:
- The total household income must be at or below the established limit based on the location of the community.
- The home must meet minimum health and safety standards.
- The home must be located on-reserve.

A First Nation or First Nation member living on reserve may receive assistance. However, the senior occupant must meet the following criteria:
- Be 65 or older and have difficulties with daily activities due to age.
- The household income must be at or below the established limit based where the community is located.
- The home must be a permanent residence.

You are ineligible for this grant if:
- You are a landlord and rent your property.
- You are a renter.
- You already started or completed your retrofits without first receiving an EnerGuide home evaluation.
- Your home was built less than 6 months ago (but you can apply once your home is at least 6 months old).
- You have not moved into the home yet because you are renovating it, before making it your primary residence.

You are eligible to qualify if:
- You are over 60 years old
- You have made at least one valid contribution to CPP
CPP payments are not automatic - you must apply in advance of when you would want your pension to start.

In some cases, Service Canada will be able to automatically enroll you for the OAS pension. In other cases, you will have to apply for the Old Age Security pension. Service Canada will inform you if you have been automatically enrolled.

You are eligible to qualify if you were:
- legally married to a deceased CPP contributor
- the common-law partner of a deceased CPP contributor

You are eligible to qualify if:
- the deceased made contributions to the Canada Pension Plan (CPP) for at least one-third of the calendar years in their contributory period for the base CPP, but no less than 3 calendar years, or
- the deceased made contributions to the Canada Pension Plan (CPP) for 10 calendar years

You are eligible to quailfy if:
- you are under age 18, or
- you are under age 25 and in full-time attendance at a recognized school or university
- your parent or guardian has died and met the CPP contributory requirements for a CPP death benefit

Those eligible to qualify:
- Inuit, Métis, First Nations, bands, Tribal Councils, local, regional and national Indigenous organizations;
- regional/municipal governments including their agencies and institutions;
- non-profit community organizations, societies, and associations which have voluntarily associated themselves for a non-profit purpose; and,
- provincial and territorial governments (in the case of flow-through agreements)

Eligibility:
- Canadian not-for-profit organizations;
- Provincial and territorial governments, regional and municipal governments, provincial and territorial Crown corporations;
- Canadian educational institutions/boards of education;
- International governments or international non-governmental organizations, including bodies associated with organizations of which Canada is a member;
- Bands, tribal councils, self-governing First Nations and Inuit.

Eligibility:
- Only provinces and territories are eligible for federal youth justice services funding. This funding is not provided to individuals or groups. You should contact your provincial or territorial government for information about specific youth justice services programs.

You are eligible to qualify if:
- you are legally responsible for the child or children involved in the incident
- you have earned at least $6,500 in the previous calendar year, or in the 52 weeks prior to the incident
- you are on leave from employment or only working up to 50 % of your regular work week, up to a maximum of 20 hours per week
- you have a valid social insurance number (SIN)
- you are not receiving any type of Employment Insurance benefits or Quebec Parental Insurance Plan benefits, and
- you have not been charged with committing a probable Criminal Code offence that led to the death or disappearance of the child

You are eligible to qualify if:
- you are a victim registered with the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) or the Parole Board of Canada (PBC);
- you have applied to and been approved by PBC to attend a hearing of the offender who harmed them, either to observe or to present a victim statement; and
- you attended the hearing.

A support person may also apply for travel funding assistance if he or she will be:
- traveling with a registered victim to a PBC hearing;
- attending a PBC hearing with a registered victim; providing child care in order for a registered victim to attend a PBC hearing; and/or
- providing dependant care in order for a registered victim to attend a PBC hearing.

You are eligible to qualify if:
- you are the victim of a serious violent crime in a foreign jurisdiction;
- you are a family member of a Canadian victim who is dead, ill or incapacitated due to their victimization in a foreign jurisdiction; or
- in the case of a child, a parent or the person responsible for the care and support of the child.
