Lost & Found Information | |
---|---|
Bronfman |
Lost Valuables Form is in its own binder on the book truck at the circulation desk. It must be filled in and witnessed by another staff member. If the owner of the valuable can be identified, ask the circulation person on duty to look them up in the system. Staff generally phone or email the person and then place the valuable in the locked cupboard in the staff workroom. USB Keys - Staff look to see if there is a resume or some document that identifies the owner and then look them up and send them an email. Staff then label the USB key and put it in a small box for USB keys that is in the Lost & Found drawer beside the reference desk. Everything else (textbooks, keys, calculators, notebooks, water bottles etc.) goes in the Lost & Found drawer beside the reference desk. If a water bottle has water in it, please empty it out before putting it in the drawer. |
Frost | Please ask at the service desk. Lost Valuables Forms are in a red folder at service desk. Give valuable items to Glendon Security (except YU-Cards which are held in coordinator's fffice). |
