Example:

Garcia, A. (Host). (2021, March 26). P-E ratio: What investors should know about this valuation metric [Video]. Investor's Business Daily. 

Note: If the director is unknown, another person such as a producer or host can be cited instead. If the person is not the director, list their role where you would normally put the word Director. The above example shows what to do if only the host name is known.
